THE WORKING PARTS
Four Levers: Profile, Citations, Reviews, Local Content
Google Business Profile. The highest-leverage asset in local search. Your category, services, photos, hours, posts, and customer questions all live here, and most profiles we audit are barely 40% complete. That gap is why Google Business Profile optimization is usually the first job on any local campaign — it's where the fastest wins hide.
Citations. Listings of your name, address, and phone number on directories and platforms — JustDial, IndiaMART, Sulekha, your trade association. Individually small, collectively a trust signal. The rule is boring consistency: identical name, identical number, everywhere Google might look.
Reviews. They influence rankings, and they decide clicks. A 4.6-star profile with 80 reviews earns more calls than a 5.0 profile with six, because volume reads as proof. Replies count too — the owner who answers every review, good and bad, looks like a business that will answer the phone.
Local content. Pages that prove you serve a place: service pages naming your city, answers to questions your customers ask, photos of real work at real sites. These fundamentals travel well — Bharat Flavours, an Indian restaurant we work with in Bangkok, holds an average Google position of 6.6 on the strength of a complete profile, steady reviews, and pages built around its neighbourhood. The same four levers are what our local SEO services manage month after month.
